I am a counsellor based in Christchurch, seeing clients online and in person. I have worked in a variety of mental health settings and am familiar working with depression, anxiety, neurodiversity, trauma, and sexual harm. I am an ally and enjoy working with and supporting the Rainbow Community. 

I enjoy supporting clients to explore and build a familiarity of what sexuality is in their lives. I also can support those experiencing differences in desire or building an understanding of desire, intimacy challenges, and exploring what their sexual world is as life changes. 

I can support to: 

· Explore the aspects of healthy sexual functioning and learning how to foster that in our lives. 

· Becoming more familiar with our desires and how this may interact with our beliefs/understanding of what sex is and is not. 

· Building a stronger and more confident connection with ourselves so that we may connect more to ourselves and our partners in our sex life. 

The foundation of my therapy is Person Centered while utilizing ACT therapy and CBT techniques. I like to work in partnership with my clients to build a safe and open therapeutic relationship. 

Sessions are $175 (+ GST) for a 50-minute appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or not attended, are charged in full.
